Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to design individualized therapy plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, including individual and group sessions, effectively facilitating personal growth and healing.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, based on client requirements.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.

You will be working with a diverse client base, providing services to individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
