Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC with Morton Comprehensive Health, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of youth clients, establishing and maintaining a rapport to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.

• Conducting regular sessions to evaluate clients' progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Developing personalized, person-centered treatment plans, regularly monitoring and adjusting them according to client needs.
\n
• Keeping comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
\n
• Performing intake assessments to gather critical information that informs treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions that may include various therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Engaging in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure consistent quality of care.
\n
• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare providers to create multidisciplinary treatment strategies.
\n
• Embracing a growth mindset and remaining adaptable to new challenges in your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on supporting youth in navigating their mental health challenges. As a clinician, you will work with a diverse group of children and adolescents, addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your empathetic approach will not only guide clients through therapeutic processes but also empower them to achieve their personal goals and improve their well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• The ability to meet internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
