Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patients' unique needs and challenges.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that include modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups to foster patient engagement and community support, addressing common issues such as anxiety and depression.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a patient's well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies.

• Keep meticulous documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW in California.

• Strong familiarity with various mental health disorders and corresponding therapeutic interventions.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting clinical assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
