Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through preliminary interviews, documenting client cases from initial consultation to the conclusion of treatment.

• Assess and monitor clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health, making informed decisions to adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Devise and implement individualized intervention and recovery plans for various client demographics, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Lead engaging therapy sessions, both individual and group, utilizing evidence-based practices and tailored therapeutic modalities.

• Continuously monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to enhance their mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including doctors, nurses, and social workers, to create cohesive treatment plans.

• Facilitate effective communication between clients and their psychiatric doctors, especially for those requiring hospitalization.

• Utilize proactive strategies to identify and prevent behaviors that may hinder recovery, ensuring a supportive environment for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems, specifically AVATAR.

• Thorough understanding of the interplay between physical and emotional health conditions and addiction disorders.

• Solid knowledge of best practices as outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

Compensation and Benefits\n
