Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to provide care from your own space while remaining fully connected with our multidisciplinary team. Your work schedule will be primarily from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate and determine patient needs while developing tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and shared experiences among clients facing similar mental health challenges.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coherent patient care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services, assisting clients in managing mental health emergencies effectively.
\n
• Educate patients about their mental health issues, treatment strategies, and community resources available to them.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and client progress.

• Stay informed of the latest research, practices, and advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Proven experience conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Capacity to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines at all times.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and general computer applications.
