Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families through video conferencing platforms.

• Assess clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field with active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Strong understanding of mental health principles, counseling techniques, and current practices in the field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapeutic services, especially for those dealing with mental health issues and behavioral challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
