Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, evaluating their mental health symptomology, strengths, and treatment requirements.

• Develop comprehensive, family-centered treatment plans that respect clients’ cultural backgrounds and individual circumstances, effectively outlining goals and strategies for therapy.

• Provide outpatient counseling services that may include individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy, while consistently applying trauma-informed practices.

• Collaborate with colleagues on case management and service coordination to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to benefit clients holistically.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with program standards.

• Assess client crises and provide timely interventions, employing crisis management techniques to stabilize clients and guide them toward appropriate resources.

• Manage a defined caseload of clients, prioritizing their needs while maintaining effective communication and scheduled appointments.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
