• Schedule your availability according to your preferences, with no minimum hours required.

• Participate in ongoing learning and discussions through monthly peer groups and optional leadership of support groups.

• Work alongside our Content Manager to co-create “Expert Insights,” sharing your knowledge with the broader community.

• Receive client referrals directly from our team to build your caseload effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your counseling sessions will primarily focus on individuals navigating their relationships with alcohol, including those interested in moderation versus abstinence models. You will work with clients utilizing evidence-based approaches and harm-reduction strategies, emphasizing a collaborative treatment process that respects individual goals and recovery journeys. It is essential to understand and recommend various community recovery support options, such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Smart Recovery, and Moderation Management, to integrate these valuable resources into your clients' treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role must possess:

• A current LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in the state of California.
