Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), for clients seeking improved emotional health and stress relief.

• Guide clients through targeted mindfulness exercises such as guided meditations, breathing techniques, and self-reflection practices aimed at enhancing self-awareness and emotional regulation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
