Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments as well as ongoing evaluations to track client progress clearly.

• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans that carefully follow up on goals and client needs.

• Engage actively in the multidisciplinary team process, contributing to collaborative discussions regarding client treatment to ensure comprehensive care.

• Supervise and mentor Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, if applicable.

In this role, you will primarily work with adolescents facing substance abuse challenges alongside other co-occurring mental health issues. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters recovery and growth. Qualifications\n

• Education: A master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Licensure: A current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Experience: Minimum of three years of documented post-licensure experience in the mental health field.

• Expertise with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• A proven record of delivering successful outcomes in therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
