Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document clients' progress meticulously, ensuring all records meet regulatory standards and contribute to ongoing treatment evaluations.

• Implement appropriate interventions for crisis situations and provide support to clients in the moment of need.

• Educate clients and their families about conditions and coping strategies, encouraging active participation in the healing process.

• Maintain open communication with other mental health professionals and community resources, coordinating care as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from children to older adults, facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Being sensitive to the diverse backgrounds of your clients will be essential in establishing trust and facilitating healing. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
