Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Salt & Light Therapy, you will:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure online platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

• Develop tailored treatment plans by assessing individual client needs during initial sessions and updating as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, both within and outside of the organization, to provide a well-rounded approach to client care, including referrals and integrated treatment options.

• Maintain accurate and detailed confidential notes of sessions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
