Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to facilitate effective counseling sessions, either individually or in group settings.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate client care and ensure holistic treatment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards of practice.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LPCC license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
