Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans based on best practices.

• Deliver engaging and impactful individual therapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.

• Set and regularly evaluate therapeutic goals with clients to track progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Document all client interactions meticulously to ensure compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training to enhance skills and knowledge related to mental health.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to provide referral options and integrated care solutions for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical focus will center on adult clients dealing with diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will play a critical role in helping clients develop coping strategies and resilience through empathetic listening and effective treatment interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
