Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a remote licensed counselor, your client focus will span diverse backgrounds and age groups. You will provide services addressing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is preferred, demonstrating expertise in providing therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 78,000 to 115,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and qualifications. As part of our commitment to employee well-being, counselors in this position are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, as well as free access to our platform's services as a client, given you're an active counselor.
