Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, enabling you to provide services via our advanced telehealth system. You will have the flexibility of managing your workspace while adhering to a structured routine consisting of Monday through Friday work hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mood disorders, examining factors such as symptom severity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop tailored, individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, all while prioritizing their unique goals and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions for mood disorders, specifically employing methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide ongoing education and supportive guidance to clients and their families, aiding them in understanding mood disorders and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor treatment effectiveness, adapting plans as necessary based on progress and client feedback to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and healthcare colleagues to deliver comprehensive integrated care, ensuring clients have coordinated support across disciplines.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and research, incorporating new methodologies into therapy practices.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of all client interactions, treatment plans, and assessments in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Our diverse client base includes adults across different backgrounds, each with their own set of experiences and needs. Your role will involve creating a safe, supportive environment that fosters healing and encourages clients to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Currently holds an active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Possesses a strong grasp of evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists, understanding the basics of psychopharmacology as it relates to mood disorder treatment.

• Exhibits a proven track record of achieving successful treatment outcomes for clients with mood disorders.

• Possesses exceptional communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and a diverse population.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s Degree, candidates with a Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant discipline are highly preferred. Experience in a telehealth setting and familiarity with digital health tools will provide a competitive edge. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
