Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' unique mental health concerns, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) based on clients' needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and consistently monitor their progress, making necessary adjustments to support their growth effectively.

• Provide teletherapy to clients, ensuring accessibility for those who prefer virtual sessions or face geographic and mobility constraints.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Strategic Resources, you will work intimately with diverse clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license in the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or holding a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to establish a trusting therapeutic rapport with clients.

• A profound sense of empathy, coupled with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload efficiently while attending to administrative responsibilities.

• Attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
