Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices tailored to each client’s needs.

• Utilize clinical assessment tools to evaluate clients' mental health status and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique challenges and goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring their safety and stabilization through effective therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create a coordinated care approach for clients, enhancing the support they receive across different services.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation, including case notes and treatment progress in compliant electronic health records (EHR) systems, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will serve a diverse population that includes people from various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active LPCC license in the state of California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
