Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop tailored treatment plans aligning with clients' needs.

• Administer evidence-based therapy techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, utilizing secure electronic health record systems.

• Provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.

• Regularly collaborate with other mental health professionals to optimize patient care, while adhering to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will be instrumental in guiding clients towards recovery by promoting coping strategies and resilience through thoughtful and individualized therapeutic methods.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• An active state-issued license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) permitting you to provide unsupervised mental health therapy services.

• A clean disciplinary history with no actions taken against you by any licensing board.
\n
• Proficient in diagnostic skills, treatment planning, and understanding of various therapeutic methodologies.

• Strong written communication skills for effective documentation and client reporting.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical psychotherapy experience working with adults.

• Demonstrated experience with evidence-based practices, particularly CBT.

• Familiarity with intake assessments and ongoing evaluation for treatment adaptation.

• Experience working in a community health setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

If you are successful in securing this role, you can expect an annual salary between USD 70,000 – 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
