Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will have a wide array of responsibilities that are integral to the therapeutic process:

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' psychosocial needs in order to determine appropriate treatment plans, including case management, short-term counseling, and crisis intervention techniques.

• Guide patients through the processes of obtaining and completing forms for various entitlements and supplemental insurance options, helping them reduce dependence on emergency assistance programs and access necessary resources.
\n
• Facilitate access to prescription cost assistance through community resources and pharmaceutical company programs, alleviating financial burdens associated with medication.
\n
• Act as an advocate for your patients within the community, helping them navigate various agencies to secure needed services and support.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records within our integrated electronic health record system, ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards.

• Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation as required, contributing to case conferences and clinical team meetings.
\n
• Coordinate transportation assistance for patients when necessary, so they can participate in treatment or follow-up care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes a diverse range of individuals, from children to older adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Therapists will work with patients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will engage with patients from various backgrounds, emphasizing personalized care that respects their individuality and unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• An active, independent professional license in one of the following areas: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care protocols.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with telehealth practices and an understanding of the specific considerations for remote counseling environments are highly desirable.
