Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct supportive individual therapy sessions via telehealth, assessing patient needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Monitor and document clients' progress, ensuring all notes are completed at the end of each session in adherence to department standards.

• Orient clients and their families to the treatment process, providing clear explanations and addressing any uncertainties they may have.

• Advocate for patient needs and coordinate support services, ensuring clients have access to the resources they require for successful outcomes.

• File progress notes that accurately reflect patient advancement towards established treatment goals while maintaining legibility and clarity.

• Remain alert to changes in client behavior and communicate any concerns promptly with the appropriate team members.

• Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize client caseloads effectively and ensure the completion of administrative tasks without compromising client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in California.

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating an ability to provide effective therapy in a mental health setting.
