Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement clinical treatment programs tailored to address the specific needs of clients facing acute or chronic mental health challenges.

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy sessions, facilitating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Oversee and provide mentorship to Post Masters Fellows and Associate Clinicians, offering guidance as needed in line with completed supervision courses.

• Coordinate with public and private agencies, making referrals to ensure comprehensive care for clients and their families.

• Document client progress meticulously in compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

• Participate actively in staff meetings to discuss treatment strategies, program evaluations, and departmental initiatives.

• Administer specialized therapeutic procedures as appropriate, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of therapeutic regimens and supporting the adherence to care plans.

Qualifications\n
