Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and substance abuse histories, using standardized tools and clinical judgment.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to the needs of adolescents and young adults.

• Collaborate closely with fellow treatment team members, including psychologists and case managers, to establish an integrated care plan that promotes clients' recovery and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about treatment modalities, empowering them to play an active role in the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and electronic health records in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with pre-screened clients who demonstrate stability and low acuity in their mental health needs. Our patient population includes adolescents and young adults seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges. By focusing on clients who have already been assessed for necessity and readiness for therapy, you can dedicate your energy to meaningful engagement during sessions, rather than on initial crises management.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current active licensure in the state of California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Your annual salary will range from $80,000 to $122,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
