Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Transcendence Counseling Solutions, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload, establishing trust and rapport with clients while adhering to professional ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, discuss treatment plans, and schedule follow-up appointments.

• Develop, implement, and adjust person-centered treatment plans based on individual client needs and updates in their mental health status.

• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments promptly and accurately to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to establish a thorough understanding of new clients' backgrounds and presenting issues.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to promote self-reflection and professional growth.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with youth, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges and trauma-related symptoms. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements and maintain compliance with relevant clinical settings.

• Strong understanding and experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals facing substance abuse challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience providing mental health counseling, which includes assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for both individuals and groups.
