Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your role will be critical in the following ways:

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport, building trust, and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and to plan for future appointments or discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including detailed progress notes for each session, in compliance with clinical best practices.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to facilitate appropriate treatment planning.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, focusing on therapeutic techniques that resonate best with each client.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure ethical practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and maximize outcomes for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
