Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and creating positive therapeutic relationships, always adhering to professional ethics and maintaining clear boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and to plan future appointments, making discharge recommendations where appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are person-centered and tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Document detailed progress notes and maintain up-to-date records for each client, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent information for treatment planning.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address clients' mental health challenges.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer collaboration to enhance clinical skills and maintain a growth mindset in all professional interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
