Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify each client's unique mental health needs and obstacles.

• Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on each client’s evolving circumstances and feedback.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and necessary documentation in compliance with department protocols.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to formulate treatment and discharge plans, integrating psychosocial assessments and accepted therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate care coordination and discharge planning to ensure clients have access to appropriate resources and services within the community, fostering successful transitions post-treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field with comprehensive training in clinical practice.

• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent state certification is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working in an outpatient setting is essential for assessing and treating a variety of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
