Key Responsibilities\n

• Regularly monitor clients' progress throughout the treatment journey, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary based on individual outcomes.

• Conduct regular consultations, engage in team meetings, and participate in professional development activities to refine your clinical skills.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment planning in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Crystal Counseling LLC, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
