Our outpatient office setting supports various therapies, including individual, family, and group counseling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments within one day of client admission, ensuring that all relevant details are captured to inform treatment planning.

• Establish therapeutic rapport through initial meetings with clients within 24 hours of admission, laying the groundwork for successful outcomes.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and integrated treatment summaries within three days of admission, identifying clear weekly treatment goals tailored to each client.

• Facilitate individual psychotherapy sessions three times a week for each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address their specific challenges.
\n
• Conduct conjoint family psychotherapy sessions at least once per week, involving family members in the treatment process to enhance support systems.
\n
• Facilitate professional and multifamily groups, promoting shared experiences and collective healing.
\n
• Collaborate with insurance providers to obtain necessary certifications for initial admission and ongoing treatments, ensuring continuity of care.

• Provide support and education regarding treatment plans to clients during individual sessions, fostering clarity and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain open lines of communication with family members, being accessible to address their inquiries and involve them in their loved ones' treatment.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including dual diagnoses, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 71,000 and 102,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
