Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven techniques to assist clients in their journey towards improved mental health.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring that all aspects of care are documented and readily available for review.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other behavioral health professionals, to provide holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Engage actively in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights and learning from colleagues to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, enabling them to navigate their challenges effectively.

• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge and methods into your practice to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
