Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through structured interviews and standardized tools to inform evidence-based treatment plans.

• Design and implement tailored therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy, aimed at promoting personal growth.

• Set and establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients while regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions due to logistical or accessibility barriers.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops, seminars, and other training opportunities, to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

As a valued member of our team, your efforts will be recognized with a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additionally, you will benefit from:
