Work Environment\n

This remote position allows counselors to manage their schedules while ensuring that they meet the needs of their clients and the organization. Operating from a community health clinic setting, counselors collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored treatment plans and deliver a full range of therapeutic services. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of evening shifts based on patient requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
