Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions, tailored to each client’s unique treatment plan to promote healing and growth.

• Carrying out comprehensive assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidenced-based tools and techniques.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Maintaining consistent communication with clients’ families and relevant stakeholders to align on treatment goals and progress.

• Setting and achieving measurable treatment goals, tracking client progress and adjusting plans as necessary to maximize outcomes.

• Providing thorough case management support, ensuring clients are connected with community resources and additional external services as needed.

• Recording and maintaining up-to-date, detailed documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accountability and transparency.

• Staying informed of the latest research, treatment modalities, and best practices in mental health therapy through professional development opportunities.

• Upholding the confidentiality of clients, demonstrating adherence to ethical practices in all therapeutic interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of experience providing mental health counseling or working in a related field, facilitating both individual and group therapies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
