Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique stressors, challenges, and mental health goals, tailoring mindfulness interventions accordingly.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques, to assist clients in achieving relaxation and emotional balance.

• Guide clients through individual mindfulness exercises, meditative practices, and controlled breathing techniques to foster self-awareness and improve coping strategies.
\n
• Facilitate engaging group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices, resilience-building strategies, and stress management techniques.

• Integrate mindfulness practices into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns and individual growth trajectories.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, mindfulness interventions, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Engage in regular personal mindfulness practice for continued professional development and self-reflection to enhance your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and more. Our population ranges from adolescents to adults, allowing you to employ a wide range of therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Strong theoretical understanding of mindfulness practices and psychological principles.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
