Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate each client’s mental health status, identifying their unique needs and developing personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to client goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to share their experiences, learn coping strategies, and build resilience.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—ensuring integrated and holistic care that addresses all aspects of the client’s health.

• Engage with clients’ families to provide education, resources, and support, enhancing their understanding of mental health challenges and encouraging their active participation in the healing process.

Qualifications\n
