Work Environment\n

This role allows for a flexible remote work setting, aligning with our goal to provide accessible mental health care to our clients. Adapting to various patient needs, you will maintain a structured 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM work schedule Monday through Friday, with some flexibility as needed. You will immerse yourself in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere where your clinical insights and expertise will be valued as we prioritize holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain the needs of patients, tailoring treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, addressing individual, couple, and family needs.

• Lead psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups that foster community and understanding among participants dealing with similar mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive care strategies and comprehensive treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, demonstrating your skills in high-pressure scenarios.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options available, and relevant community resources that promote recovery and support.

• Ensure meticulous record-keeping of patient data in compliance with ethical and legal standards, maintaining confidentiality throughout.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and treatment strategies.

• Documented ability to perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized, effective treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a broad range of clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
