Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, develop diagnostic impressions, and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy, integrating techniques that best align with clients' unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and immediate assistance.

• Document all client interactions accurately, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative care by working with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive mental health treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges and treatment pathways, advocating for them throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
