Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing vital mental health services. Our work schedule typically spans Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility as needed to address patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique experiences, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to the individual patient, incorporating their cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated and comprehensive mental health care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate safety and stability.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Actively engage in case conferences, team meetings, and specialized training to enhance cultural competency and overall clinical skills.

• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and cultural considerations within the mental health field to provide the highest quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapy.

• Proven experience providing individual and group therapy in culturally responsive ways, ensuring that therapy is accessible and relatable.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to respond calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications relevant to mental health services.

• Commitment to ethical guidelines, professional boundaries, and the confidentiality of patient information.

• A collaborative approach to teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
