This position is offered as a full-time remote role, allowing you to provide care through our telehealth platform. You will connect with clients via video sessions, phone calls, and digital tools, ensuring that every patient receives accessible mental health care without geographical limitations. While maintaining a flexible work schedule, you will primarily operate between Monday and Friday, with the possibility of adjusting hours to accommodate clients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders, including symptoms, treatment methodologies, and the importance of cultural competence.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
