Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, establishing comprehensive and tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to assist clients in navigating their challenges.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting progress throughout the treatment journey.

• Utilize telehealth tools effectively to offer virtual therapy options, ensuring accessibility for all clients, especially those facing mobility or transportation issues.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline this process.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training, ensuring you stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients’ personal experiences and challenges.
