Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments, carefully considering each patient's unique cultural and personal experience to inform appropriate treatment plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs, ensuring that cultural backgrounds directly influence the therapeutic approach.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that not only address mental health concerns but also promote resilience, well-being, and understanding within diverse family dynamics.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure continuity of care and integrated treatment plans.

• Provide essential crisis intervention support during emergencies, demonstrating strong crisis management skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations effectively.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community resources, fostering empowerment and knowledge.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation as per HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring all records are up to date.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders along with evidence-based treatment approaches is essential.

• Demonstrated experience delivering individual and group therapy through culturally responsive methods is crucial.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, enabling you to maintain composure in high-pressure scenarios.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with individuals from various cultural backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
