Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health evaluations to understand clients' histories and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery and resilience, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help clients process their experiences.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a seamless integration of care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate support for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or psychologist.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed therapy interventions, showcasing a commitment to ongoing learning.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a capacity for empathy and nonjudgmental support.

• Ability to remain calm and supportive when assisting clients in high-stress situations.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, preferably in a clinical setting focused on trauma recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
