You will engage with patients Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust schedules as necessary based on patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A strong foundation in understanding mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, combined with a deep commitment to cultural competence in practice.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy that emphasizes inclusivity and responsiveness to diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the capacity to perform calmly under pressure.
