Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct video-based mental health counseling sessions, ensuring ethical and compassionate treatment.

• Empower clients by helping them cultivate essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills through targeted interventions and therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment adjustments while keeping paperwork to a minimum, allowing you to focus more on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. Our telehealth model allows for reaching clients who may have previously faced barriers to accessing traditional in-person therapy, thereby expanding our impact in the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, valid license in the State of Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (applicants with a PsyD are also welcome).
\n
• Independent licensure, allowing practice without supervision and a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in using technology for virtual counseling.
\n
• A stable Wi-Fi connection to ensure seamless communication with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a telehealth model is highly preferred, showcasing adaptability to virtual counseling techniques.
