Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted license in Texas as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), allowing for independent practice.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting is required. Experience in telehealth services is a plus, as is an understanding of client-centered and culturally competent therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 as part of our commitment to attracting top talent.
