Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a varied patient population encompassing youths, adults, and families facing mental health challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Understanding the unique socio-cultural aspects affecting their mental health is critical and will guide your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.

• A strong knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and cultural competencies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
