As a fully remote position, you will engage in telehealth sessions with clients across Ventura, California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive mental health evaluations, tailoring approaches to the specific developmental stages and family dynamics of each client.

• Utilize creative and evidence-based interventions to facilitate client progress, helping them to achieve and surpass their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocol for ongoing case management.

• Coordinate care effectively with case managers, family members, and other healthcare and educational personnel to ensure holistic support for clients.

• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and contribute to team culture.

• Evaluate client progress regularly, revising treatment plans as necessary and completing thorough documentation including case notes and treatment plan reviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a diverse array of backgrounds and experiences, seeking support for various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals across different age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your ability to connect with clients from various walks of life will be essential in fostering therapeutic relationships and promoting healing.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as either LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• Proficiency in completing and submitting timely documentation of services.

• Demonstrated skills in establishing and maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Experience working with a diverse client population, showcasing sensitivity and understanding.

• Proficient in Office 365 and electronic health record systems; familiarity with Valant software is a plus.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
