Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the needs and challenges faced by children and adolescents.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that are aligned with the developmental stages and familial contexts of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on children and adolescents grappling with complex mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and various behavioral challenges. Our approach prioritizes the well-being of the entire family unit, recognizing the critical role that caregivers play in supporting the mental health of young individuals.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist within California.

• Demonstrated understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on building trust with children and their families.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to children and adolescents is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
