Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse population of children and adolescents aged 5-18 who are facing mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals and families from a variety of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, ensuring that care is tailored to address each patient’s unique circumstances and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Thorough understanding of child and adolescent mental health diagnoses, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Experience providing therapeutic services such as individual and family therapy to youth facing mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, we provide performance-based bonuses and a generous sign-on bonus to attract the best talent.
