Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, utilizing video conferencing tools to establish a therapeutic alliance.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, including identifying strengths, areas for development, and creating tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies, adapting your approach to best suit each client’s unique situation.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing education opportunities, workshops, and peer supervision meetings to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
